Skip and Amy were recommended by my wedding planner/best friend. She has used them for many of her Destination Weddings and I knew I could trust her opinion. Amy is who I dealt with most of the time and she was GREAT. She was very helpful with booking everyone and if anyone had questions, she wanted to be the one to answer them and asked that all correspondence be sent to her since that is her job. She also works full time for a school district, but you would never know it. If I had a question, she was always just a phone call or email away. I never had to wait more than a few hours for a response from her. I think twice she went on vacation, but always let me know she was going to be away but would have access to email…even then I never had to wait long to hear from her. We are using Amy and Skip for our anniversary trip next year. I love them!

I was recently married and was in charge of selecting and arranging our honeymoon. Through the suggestion of our wedding coordinator I contacted Skip and what a great decision I made to use them. I usually am the self sufficient type that does all kinds of on-line research before making a decision, but gave them a call. I must have changed my mind about a dozen times and every time I did Skip responded quickly as well as answering any questions. Skip not only replied quickly but always provided great guidance. Once I finally decided on Grand Lido Negril Skip arranged everything from airport transfer to check-in. He even met with us personally to make sure we understood everything and had no more questions. Thanks to Skip our Honeymoon was AWESOME and we will be using Skip for our post honeymoon travel as well.

Skip,
We had a GREAT time in Mexico! Everyone at Sensatori was great and so nice!! Alex with American Express at Sensatori was amazing...he went over and beyond...my Dad injured his toe about an hour after we got there and needed an antibiotic, Alex went to 4 different pharmacies to get it for us since we couldn't just hop in a car and go get it! Jose Luis was our concierge and was very attentitive and nice! Everything went really well with the ceremony and reception...our wedding coordinator, Elena, and the manager of Zocalo, Manuel, were awesome and everything went very smoothly! The weather held up for us and it was all so beautiful! Maroma was nice and much more intimate...beautiful landscaping! Having the marina right there was great!! We had a great honeymoon!! We rented a car on sunday and drove to playa and then cancun for shopping, went on an excursion Monday called Tulum Extreme so we went to the ruins and then into the jungle for rappeling, zip lines, and snorkeling in a senote! On Tuesday we did two excursions out of the marina..the first was Ocean Safari which we took jet skis out in the ocean to two different snorkeling spots, then we did a scuba excursion out of the marina...it was my first time to dive and was AMAZING...I can't wait to get certified!! The accommodations at Sensatori turned out really nice...Thank you for the bottle of Champagne on the night of the wedding, we drank it while eating our chocolate covered strawberries!! We had a great time and really enjoyed ourselves! Thank you again for your recommendation of the Karisma resorts and your help in arranging accommodations for us! Also I'll send you the link to look at our pictures!!! Hope ya'll are having a good summer!!!

We had a fabulous time a little bumpy at first...our flight from Houston to Mexico was over sold and we were on stand by...but they squeezed us in. The resort and staff were fabulous!!! I can't say enough about the wonderful team there...they take customer service to a whole new level!!! We are already trying to figure out how to go back around Christmas time...so if you have any specials or great deals let us know.

Skip and Amy,
Just wanted to say we had a great time in Mexico for April's wedding. It was a special event and it was so nice that so many friends and family were able to come. The resort was very well kept and the staff was very attentive. The food was wonderful, just like you said. We loved the Japanese restaurant the most! Who knew you could have sushi in Mexico and not get sick. Massages on the beach really made the trip relaxing. Thanks again for all of your assistance and making the travel arrangements so easy. I loved the document holder that you sent to keep all of our information tidy and easy to get to.
We can't wait to travel again soon,

Hey Skip,
We are back and had a magnificent time! The diving was the best we've ever done and the resort was wonderful. There was towel shortage during our time, but that was about it. Good food, great hospitality and the resort itself (rooms, restaurants, pool, gardens, beach, etc) was beautifully maintained. The highlight; while sipping tasty all-inclusive beverages in the hotel lobby, you had a spectacular view of the bay. The drinks were by far the best we've had at an all inclusive resort. The drinks actually tasted the way they were supposed to, which isn't always the case. We did not want to come back. See attached photos.
Thanks so much for taking care of us, like you always do. The vacation places you've recommended have always left us with smiles on our faces.
You and Amy are awesome and you will always be the first we refer to. |

I just wanted to Thank you and skip for all your hard work!! The honeymoon was amazing! We had the time of our lives, we are so thankful that you took care of everything! It was nice to get to the airport and know exactly what to do and who to look for... the last 3 nights we decided to upgrade to a Casita Suite which was amazing, but than we had problems with the electricity and they upgraded us to an infinity pool swim up casita suite!! Which was even more amazing they for sure took great care of us!!! I thank you so much for everything, but one last question we plan on going back again even though it is not our honeymoon can we still book trips through you?
